Kenneth Walter McKenna Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 77, Kenneth Walter McKenna (Lantz, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Kenneth Walter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick McKenna and Aileen McKenna; and his sisters, Vera and Joy. He is survived by: his wife Patty (Ashley); and his siblings, Pat, Linda and John (Jan). He is also survived by extended family including numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Church. A reception will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Riverline Activity Centre (80 Dutch Settlement Rd, Lantz, NS B2S2C1).
We also request that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or the charity of your choice.
