She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Blackmore and Agatha Blackmore; her son-in-law Don Mielke; and her siblings, Junior, Gordie, Marjorie, Florence, Mary, Shirley and Theresa.

She is survived by: her husband Alexander Lumsden; her children, Cindy Mielke, Bedford, Steve (Karen), Sackville, Sherry Miller (Neil), Karen Peters (Hammond), Glen (Cheri) and Ottawa; her grandchildren, Amy Mielke (Pat), Richard, Jeremy, Caitlin Lumsden, Ryan (Alex), Kyle Miller, Kylee Peters, Grace and John Lumsden; her sister Deanna Gautreau; and her sister-in-law Mable Matchett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
