She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Ashley and Muriel Ashley (Isenor); her husband Fred; and her siblings, Barb, Lucy and Robie.
She is survived by: her sons, Clarey (Marjorie) and Brent Belnan (Jo-Anna); her grandchildren, Karla Longford (Alex), Mark Keyes (Kelly), Gregory Keyes (Sara) and Kelly Bitar (Rob); her great grandchildren, Sarah, Isaac, Luke, Owen, Aiden, Sofia, Simon and Sebastian; her grandchildren, Brayden, Olivia and Jacob; and her brother Stanley "Junior". She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations in Hazel's memory may be made to St. George's Anglican Church, and mailed to 830 HIghway 277, Dutch Settlement, B2S 2G9.
