He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard, David Smith and Laura Hines. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Paula Horne (David), Cheryl Schneiderman (Shane) and David Smith (Melissa); and his siblings, Donnie Smith (Donna), Linda Hanley, Nancy Smith (Ken) and Lynda Magerl (Darrel). He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. George's Church (1089 NS-277, Dutch Settlement, NS B2S2J6).
