He is survived by: his parent Mary Burke (MacDonald); his daughter Denise Dorey (Chuck); his stepson D. J. Boudreau; his grandsons, Devon, Tyler and Riley; his former wife Heather Burke; his siblings, Gerard Burke, Vince Burke, Terry Matthews, Dougald Matthews, Debbie Matthews, Thomas Matthews, Hubert Matthews, Clarissa Matthews, Lawrence Matthews, Sheila Matthews, Martin Matthews, Audrey Matthews and Colleen Matthews; and his friends, James, Gordon, Robert and Bruce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
