It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gail Arlene McLaughlin of Lake Echo, Nova Scotia, born in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away at the age of 80, on November 1, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Waterfield and Marion Waterfield; her husband William; and her brothers, Sonny, Bruce and Gary.

She is survived by: her sons, William, James (Kathleen) and Michael (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Tara-Lynne, James, Alexander, Christopher, Matthew, Brittany, Stephanie, Candice, Tiffany and Michael; and her sister-in-law Betty. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 and reduced capacity, a private funeral service will be held on Friday.
