She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Spicer and Hope Spicer (Forsythe); her husband Douglas Covert; her grandson Stephen; and her sisters, Lillian and Alice.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Durling (Robert), Nictaux, Paula Covert (Dennis Gladue), Corona California, Donna Markiewitz (Christopher), James (Sandy), Daniel (Christine) and Alan (Jeff Lewis); her grandchildren, Nancy (Tony Tracey), Owen and Loren; her stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer and Robert; and her siblings, Maryann Doyle (Mike), Betty Sabean (Larry), Nictaux and Robert Spicer (Judy). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
