She was predeceased by: her husband Owen Douglas "Doug" Armstrong; and her parents, William Fraser and Chief Engineer. She is survived by: her daughters, Ida Armstrong-Whitehouse (Gregg), Darlene Armstrong (California), Bonnie Spurr (Melvern Square), Colleen Armstrong-Shaw (Jim) and Pat Armstrong-Wilson (Bob); and her grandchildren, Meaghan, Maia, Mary, Lisa, Melissa, Melanie, William, John, Joe, James, Sarah, Rhys and Cameron.
