It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie Deschenes of Kingston, Nova Scotia, born in Saint-Quentin, New Brunswick, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Deschenes and Rose Martin; her husband Antoine Bastide; her sons, Steve Loiselle, Jacques Loiselle (Hope Burke) and Michel Breton (Heather); her sisters, Nicole Deschenes (Michel Simard) and Lyse Deschenes (Andre Duval); her children, Alycia, Anthony, Ashley-Rose Proteau, Derek, Rachel Isabelle, Kelsea, Madison Loiselle, Terence and Annette Goodlad; and also, Jessica Loiselle (Louis Michel Proteau), Melissa Loiselle (Jean Robert Isabelle), Gabriel Loiselle (Moira Lemoine) and Janele Goodlad (Stuart). She was also cherished by One of 24 siblings, Annette was a 'mom'.
