He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee Nicoll of Kingston, NS; his sons, Brandon Carter and Nathan Carter; his daughter-in-law Tabitha; his granddaughters, Ayla and Callie of Trenton, ON.; his mother Joan Eloise Thornhill; his siblings, Mary Jane (John), Janet (Clyde), Robert (Janey) and Kevin (Rosane); and his sister-in-law Connie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
