He was predeceased by: his wife Lydia Lightfoot (Pat); his parents, John Sr. Burfitt and Eleanor Burfitt; his siblings, Pamela Sheridan (Patrick) and James (Darlene); and his grandson David Arnburg.
He is survived by: his daughters, Paulette Arnburg and Wendy Ricketts (Robert); his grandchildren, Brandon, Cassandra, Travis and Gregory (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Gabe, Nova, Dax, Everett, Odynn and Brooks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
