He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Moore and Bessie Moore (MacDonald); and his wife Jean (Beeler). He is survived by: his children, Deborah Moore-Boylan (Kevin), Tara Comeau (Serge), Brendalee Prall (Randy), Wilmot, Wayne Moore and Lower Sackville; his adoptive son Terry Beard (Wendy); his daughter-in-law Sandra (Bernie); his siblings, Janet Connor of Ilderton, ON, Marlene Minogue (Eric) of Ingersoll, ON and Ken Moore of Kitchener-Waterloo, ON; his grandchildren, Scott, Krista, Christopher, Andrew, Danielle, Matthew, Sarah, Kelsie and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Mya, Colton, Braydon, Brielle, Brynn, Adalyn, Everlee, Ellie, Cooper, Isabelle, Nikolas and Porter; his grandchildren, Kaleb and Cayden; his niece Nicole; and his great-niece Amiyah.
