He was predeceased by: his parents, James F Kane and Jean Kane (Banfield); and his brothers, Don and Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, James (Yvette), Cindy (Tim), Carol (Sheldon) and Tammy (Rob); his grandchildren, Tymika, Nic, Jamie, Justin, TJ, Ceilidh, Sheldon, Hannah, Connor and Colby; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Elsie, Eliza and Charlie; and his siblings, John (Audrey), Mike (Pearl), Sheila, Jean (Tom) and Vickie (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
