She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Rafuse, Mildred Gough, Linda Bush, Margo Levy and Black River. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“To Myrna's family, our sympathy to you all. We got to know Myrna when she lived in Yarmouth. Everyday she would come to our office for a visit and knit. When she moved to Wolfville and then to Evergreen's, we would often make the trip to see her. Sorry we are not able to attend the service. A picture in Mryna's memory will be placed at Evergreen in honor of our dear friend. We will miss chatting on the phone with her. Our condolences, Shirley Hubbard and Marilyn Wallace”
