He is survived by: his stepmother Lydia; his sister Leota; his former wife Helen; his son Gilbert; his grandchild Terry; his former wife Charlotte; his stepson Larry; his wife Joan; his son-in-law Bruce; his children, Matt, Tanya and Mary; his father-in-law Jeff; and his grandchildren, Noel, Mick, Sage, Cameron, Erik, Greg, Mitchell, Jacob, Krystal, Emily, Cody and Kaitlin.

A reception was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Black River Community Hall.
