He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson "Jack" England and Alice England (DeLong); and his siblings, Phyllis Johnstone, Bernice Loeb, Jackie England, Roseann Johnstone, Jaquine, Everett, Wilfred, Douglas and Martin England.
He is survived by: his spouse Laverne Mahar; his sons, Richard England (Heather) and Allan Graves (Tracey); his grandchildren, R. J., Jeremy, Jacoby, Udell and Caleigh; his stepdaughter Jennifer Mahar; his siblings, Sandra McEwan (Bernard), Terry England (Debbie) and Jeff England; his niece Hayley Fitzgerald; his great-niece Aavah Fitzgerald; and his nephew Earl Johnstone. He is also survived by step-grandson, Evan States; step-granddaughter, Kindera States; and five great grandchildren.
