Joseph Wayne Burgess Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2024, Joseph Wayne Burgess (Kentville, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kenneth and Edith Burgess (Stevens); and his siblings, Richard Burgess and Alice Avery. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Burgess-Carvalho (Helder Carvalho), Terri Burgess-Tambos (Chris Tambos) and Chris Burgess; the mother of his children Diana (McMillan) of Toronto, ON; his grandchildren, Christopher Wayne, Ashley Amanda, Joseph Alexander, Nicholas Anthony, Emily Alyssa, Joshua Ethan and Marcus Helder; and his great grandchild Isiah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
