He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mildred (Archer); and his brother Kenneth Cleveland. He is survived by: his wife Jan (Foote); his children, John Robert Cleveland (Amaya), New Minas, Charles Cleveland (Josee), David Morine (Laura Fisher) and Melissa Morine (Alex Guida); his brothers, Charlie Cleveland and Clyde Cleveland (Christina); and his grandchildren, Kagen, Koda, Kiera, Leonardo, Miles and Luca. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews.
