He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Johnathan and Johanna Susanna Booysen (Esterhuyse). He is survived by: his wife Ettje (Niehof); and his children, Lynette Ina Milley (Steve), Miranda Laetitia Booysen and Johan Gerhard Booysen.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Johan's memory may be made to the Canadian Bible Society or Valley Regional Hospital Foundation.
