He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dunbar and Nina Cooper (Cantrell); and his stepfather Jack Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Foley (Pam), Mitchell Foley and Joanna Foley; the mother of his children Heather Dunbar; and his siblings, Candy Kasal, Carla Dunbar and Ohio.
