He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ralph Victor "Vic" and Mildred Gertrude Fowler (North); and his daughter Tammy Lynn Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Kathryn (Schofield); his siblings, Donna Longley (late Donald), Linda Drew (Steve), Wayne Fowler (Mary), Darlene Sabean (late Gerald), Christopher Fowler and June Keeling (Steve Frkovic); and his children, Patrick Fowler (Nueva Miranda), Michael Fowler (Charlene), Sheri Connors (Mark) and Bonnie Bailey (Cory). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
