He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Shelly Lowe (Frank) and Terry Mullen (Bethany); his siblings, Jennie Mullen, Edith Mullen (Vernon), Arthur (Paulette), Clarence (Barbara) and Curtis Mullen (Carol); his grandchildren, Evan, Felecia, Brandon, Emma, Terry Jr., Barrett, Hilary and Reggie; and his great grandchildren, Stacy, Jaydee and Parker.
