Beta Bessie Jordan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beta Bessie Jordan (Kentville, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Coldwell and Alice Coldwell (Lewis); her husband Joseph; her siblings, William, Charles, John "David" and Eudora (Patterson); and her siblings-in-law, Patterson, Avery Bird, Allen Lowthers, William Crosby, Ferne (Nowlan), Jean (Nowlan) and Gladys (Corcoran Webster).

She is survived by: her children, Ethel, Alan, Mary and Della Rhuland (Trevor); her granddaughters, Eden Jordan (Adam Parrish), Kerby Jordan, Taylor Rhuland and Brooke Rhuland; and her sisters, Annie-Laurie (Bird), Dorothy (Lowthers) and Lolita (Crosby). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Avonport Baptist Church.
