He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Lake and Pauline Lake (Mclellan); and his sister Sherry Conley (Jim). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Levi Lake "Lee" and Megan Lake; his significant other Lynn Swan; his siblings, Roger Lake (Cathy) and Teresa Lake (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Angie Laffin (Jack), Laura Lake, Melody Laffin, Mark Custance, Michael Lake and Douglas Laffin; his stepchildren, David, Robert Stronach and Saralyn Reid (Josh); his grandchildren, Landen, Scarlett and Duncan; his nieces and nephews, Claire, William Green and Craig Custance; and also, Ricky, Malcolm Beckman, Brian Newton, Carmen McLellan and Trevor Taylor.

Dad would encourage anyone who is interested and able to donate blood and/or organs to do so because doing so can save lives. Other donations could be made to Canadian Cancer Society, Valley Regional Hospital, VON or Palliative Care.
