He is survived by: his parents, David Bartlett and Esther Bartlett (Coolen); his wife Jean Mercer; his siblings, Anne Sanderson (Ralph), Doug (Stacey), Susan Langdon (Terry), Melodie Lombardo and Edward (Ingrid); and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Mercer (Carmen), Leland Mercer (Joan) and Marjorie Mercer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
