It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Hilchie (Kennetcook, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hilchie and Kathleen Hilchie (Gorman); his siblings, Sheila Green and Brian; and his brother-in-law Murray Hines.

He is survived by: his wife Effie (Densmore); his children, Cindy Withrow (Bruce), Wade (Denise) and Mark (Kelli Fletcher); his grandchildren, Robin, Alex, Avery, Audree and Hannah; his sister Sandra Hines; and his brother-in-law Leonard Green. He is also survived by partner and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
