She was predeceased by: her husband David Ashford; and her sisters, Brenda Veilleux and Lola Thomas. She is survived by: her son Roger Thomas (Sandra) of Little Judique; her pet Booster; her grandchildren, Jeannette Gallant (Curtis) of Judique, Melissa (Liam) of Inverness, James (Cynthia) of Halifax and Chelsea (Rob) of Chester; her great grandchildren, Isaac, Zoey, Drew, Brooke and Rowyn; and her brothers, Wayne Thomas (Julie), Morris Thomas (Bonnie) and Milton Thomas.
