Mildred Ruggles Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2018, at the age of 92, Mildred Ruggles (Jordan Falls, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank O'Connor and Carrie O'Connor (Miller); her children, Frank, Robert, Robin, Carolyn (Ted) and Jennifer (Win); her husband Norman "Bob"; and her siblings, Lamont, Madelyn, Audrey and Shirley. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
