He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Edwards (Scopie) of Joggins and Garnet Edwards of River Hebert, NS.; his stepparents, Vernon Hoeg and Betty; his son Jason; his brothers, Ricky and Butch; and his nephew Scotty Edwards.
He is survived by: his close friend Buddy Wayne (Cat); his wife Dawn Edwards (McCormick); his children, Amanda McLellan (Michael) and Jeremy (Beth); his grandchildren, Melissa, Brandon, Daniel McLellan, Lanaya and Kyler Edwards; his siblings, Michael (Susan) and Debbie Hebert (Bruce) of River Hebert, NS; and his pet Dexter Boo Boo. He is also survived by Aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
