It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Mackenzie (Iona, Nova Scotia), born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 13, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Hector MacNeil; her siblings, Kaye, Sissy and George; her niece Kerri Lynn MacKenzie; and her siblings-in-law, Gerry, Theresa, Norma, Richard, Roddie, Basil, Verne and Raymond.
She is survived by: her parent Anna MacNeil (MacNeil); her husband Michael; her children, Sarahlee (late Phil), Perth, Kim (Glenn), Queensville, Bonnie and Kenneth; her siblings, Jimmy, Wasabuck, John Hector (Juanita), Mabou and Josie of Iona; her siblings-in-law, Arnold MacNeil, South Haven, Archie MacKenzie and Carmel Lefrancois; and her uncle Malcolm MacNeil of Sydney. She is also survived by her husband, best friend.
