It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Neil MacLeod (Iona, Nova Scotia), born in Mackinnons Harbour, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha MacLeod (Bonaparte) and Colin MacLeod; his brother Joe MacLeod; his sister-in-law Jane MacLeod; and also Margie MacLeod.
He is survived by: his brother Bernie MacLeod of Sydney, NS; his nieces and nephews, Bernie, Cyril, Carl MacLeod, Carmie, Judy Burns and Sandy Stott; his cousin Wilena (John Neil); and his close friends, Peter and Peggy.
