She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Dan MacNeil and Christie Ann MacNeil; and her siblings, Norman, Mary Muto, Peter and Theresa Brown.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Angus, Patricia Stockfish, Catherine Partington and Malcolm; her husband Robert Mercer (Bob); her children, Kim Mercer, Karen Macintosh (Mark Mills), Krista Temple (Craig) and Scott (Jean Uy); her grandchildren, James (Kim), Daniel, Jeffrey, Victoria (Karen), Bradley, Dawson (Krista) and Christopher (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Jaxon and Jacob.
In lieu of flowers the family would like to ask that you make a donation to the Nova Scotia Alzheimer's Society or Canadian Breast Cancer Society or charity of your choice.
