With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Helen Smith (Inverness, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 25, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandy Poirier and Maggie Poirier (Cormier); her husband Neil; and her siblings, Yvonne Lunn (Laurie), Molly Timmons (Buddy), Lillian, Simon (Sylvia), Ernest (Shirley) and Charles (Colette).

She is survived by: her children, Lillian, Neil, Donna MacDonnell (Danny), Patricia MacIsaac (Michael) and Sheldon; her grandchildren, Daniel, Jonathan, Richard, Michael (Kim), Bradley (Lori), Morgann and Avery; and her sister Phyllis MacKinnon (Benny).

Memorial donations can be made to the Central Inverness Palliative Care Society.
