She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles MacNeil and Jessie Belle MacNeil (Moran); and her siblings, Donnie, Hughie Bernard, Gerry, Alex Dan MacNeil, T. C. Campbell, Jennie Campbell, Peggy Slaughter, Catherine MacDonnell and Mary Ellen MacDougall.

She is survived by: her husband Dan Joe; her daughter Pamela; and her grandson Owen.
