She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gregory Tompkins and Florence Daigle; her children, Howard (Carolyn), Gordon (Charline), Byron (Marilyn) and Arlene (Cyril); her husband Arthur; her grandchildren, Amanda (Jake), Brennan, David (Amy), Kyle (Victoria), Dylan, Shamus (Noelle), Shannon (Michael) and Savannah (Evan); her stepgrandchildren, Justin (Jennifer) and Erica (Greg); her great grandchildren, Timmy and James; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ian, Acelin, Jack and Cruz; her brother Nicky; her stepmother Beatrice; her siblings-in-law, Gordon, Vera, Laura, Barbara, Josephine and Marcellin; her siblings, Calist (Wilfredine), Barbara (Gerald), Paul and Gen (John); and her sister-in-law Marie (Marie Bushor).

In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made to Central Inverness Palliative Care Society or to the Calvin United Church Cemetery Fund, Whale Cove.
