It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Neil MacDonnell (Inverness, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie MacDonnell and Margaret MacDonnell (MacKinnon); his daughter Mary Catherine; his granddaughter Sherri-Lynn; and his siblings, R. D., Donnie, Norma, Nelda and Alfred.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Lizzy); his children, Angus (Bertha), Frankie (Theresa), Gerald (Melinda), John (Darlene), Donald (Shay), Bradley (Michele) and Margaret (Stephen); and his siblings, Lauchie, Alexander, William, Florence, Margaret, Shirley, Kathleen, Josephine and Susan. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
