Phyllis Catherine Ferguson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Catherine Ferguson (Inverness, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Murdock and Annie Catherine MacInnis (MacPhee); her husband Donald John (D. J.); her siblings, Mae MacKay, Margaret Campbell, Laura MacInnis, Shirley Morrison, Murdock MacInnis, Stewart MacInnis and Morrison MacInnis; her siblings-in-law, June MacInnis, Neil MacKay, Neil Campbell, Hector MacKinnon, Lauchie MacKinnon, Gordon MacLennan, Angus Scott and Jackie Morrison; her nephews, Sheldon MacKay and Graham MacKay; her niece Deborah MacInnis; her great-niece Ally MacLennan; and her great-nephew Jason Campbell.

She is survived by: her son Kennie (Melody); her grandchildren, Lacey (Derek) and Alanna (Trevor); her great grandchild Madison; her siblings, Dolena MacKinnon, Jessie MacKinnon, Edna MacLennan, Janet Scott, Willena Parker (Peter) and Jackie MacInnis (Marie); and her sister-in-law Laura Bell MacInnis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made In Memory of Phyllis to the Stewart United Church or the Stewartdale Cemetery.
