It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monica Isabella Beaton (Inverness, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Beaton and Mary Ann Beaton (Boyle); her husband John Dan Beaton; and her siblings, Sally, Finley, Archie, Peter, Don, Mary, John Francis, Bernie, Dorothy and Patricia.
She is survived by: her children, Evan Beaton (Tammy) and Laureen Nicholson (Darrell); her grandchildren, Jordan, Erin and Dustin; and her brother Stanley Beaton (Micheline) of Bathurst.
Memorial donations can be made to the Central Inverness Palliative Care Society or St. Mary's Parish Cemetery fund in Mabou.
