She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Joanie McIlhone and Donnie; her daughter-in-law Sue McIlhone; her parents, Olive MacLean and Joe "Speed" MacIsaac; her husband Joanie McIlhone; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Melissa, Candice and Elias; her children, Ella, Luke, Brooke, Zoe and Nate; her sibling Leonard MacLean; and also Speed.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to central Inverness Palliative Care Society or to St. Peter's Parish Cemetery Fund, Port Hood.
