He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Gordon Fraser (MacLean) and John Duncan Fraser; his siblings, Garry Fraser (Geraldine), Rev. Gordon Fraser, Hector Fraser and Dorene Fraser-McArthur; and his brothers-in-law, Allan (Geraldine) and Gregory.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Fraser (MacMillan); his sons, Robert Laurne "Robbie" (Alexandra), Isaac Alexander (Nicolle) and Bay; his grandchildren, Elise Christena Fraser, Brenna Claire Fraser, Seamus Eric Fraser and Barbara Maeve Fraser; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Fraser, Audrey Fraser, Kenloch, Mary Florence MacMillan, Margo Batherson (Pat), Donald MacMillan, Bobby MacMillan, Stephen MacMillan, Miramichi, David MacMillan (Melody), Glendyer and Andrew MacMillan (Michelle). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Stella Maris Building Fund, Inverness or the Canadian Cancer Society of Nova Scotia.
