He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Joseph and Flora Jane MacPherson (MacLellan); his brothers, Allen, Hughie (Audrey) and Andrew (Myrtle); his sister-in-law Sharon Tompkins (Edwin); and his granddaughter Diane (DiDi).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Diane MacPherson (Tomkins); his daughter Mary Christine MacPherson (Stuart Murray); and his sisters, Annabelle Gillis (DD) and Mary Catherine Gillis (Stewart).
Rather than flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the St. Mary's Cemetery Fund.
