With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Marie Cameron (Inverness, Nova Scotia), born in Mabou, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 29, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Martin Angus Cameron; her parents, John Rankin and Sally Rankin; and her siblings, Bessie MacDonald, John Gerard Rankin, John Cameron Rankin and Alexander J. Rankin.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence (Jeanette), Corinne (Peter), Lisa (Vern) and Michael (Linda); her grandchildren, Douglas, Cassie, Rose, Patrick, Finley and Colin; her siblings, Margaret R. Lauzon (Rudy), Donna Anne MacDonald (Hank), Mary Lorette Beaton (Donald), Judy MacDonald (Gerald), Janet MacDonald (Hughie Francis), Angus Finley Rankin (Anne), Daniel Rankin (Effie), Harold Roderick Rankin (Paula) and Francis Terrence Rankin (Ella); and her father-in-law Bill Cameron (Wilma). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Inverary Manor or the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
