She is survived by: her grandchildren, Maegen, Kayla, Ayden and Paige; her husband Tom; her children, Derek (Heidi), Tonia (Cory) and Jo-Ann (Justin); her brothers, Harvey (Karen) and Larry; and her nieces and nephews, Bradley, Josh, Sara, Andrea and Alex.
