It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Eaton Perry Young of Inverness, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 9, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Allan Young and Kathleen Margaret Young (Turner); his sister Greta Pratt; his father-in-law Ronald MacKinnon; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Allen MacKinnon, Jr. and John MacKinnon.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Young (MacKinnon); his mother-in-law Helen MacKinnon (Fred); his siblings, Randy Young (Mary) and Marlene Dykens (Wayne); his children, Chris Young, Colin Young (Stephanie), Corinne Currie (Jamie), Ernest Young (Amy), Ronnie Young (Meghan), Jeremy Young and Kathleen Himsl (Kurt); his grandchildren, Ryan Walker (Kristy), Kady Walker (Keaton), Morgan Walker (Travis), Jodie Walker (Dillon), Lochlan Currie (Arianne), Aaron Young, Kara Young, Sasa Young and Georgia Himsl; his godson Christopher MacKinnon (Deanna); and his pet Rusty. He is also survived by his numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
