She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Marc Larade (Lyne); her grandchildren, Brooke of Cheticamp, Mackenzie of Cheticamp and Marcus of Cheticamp; her sisters, Pauline, Dora of Inverary Manor, Hattie of Inverness and Sylvia of Halifax; her nieces and nephews, Pauline (Donald), Rene (Paula), Amedee (Deborah) and Angele (Omer); her great-niece Ronita of Halifax; and her great-nephews, Glen of Daniel, Halifax, Dillon and Fredericton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Central Inverness Palliative Care Society.
