He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Inga Maude Wilson (Bowers) and Carl Ernest Wilson, Jr.; his wife Diane Elizabeth Wilson (Turner); his son Dr. Garnett Wilson (Michelle); his grandchildren, Miles and Michaela; his daughter Angela Gagnon (Pierre); his grandchildren, Tori and Maxime; and his brothers, Gary and Wade (Debbie).

In memory of Wayne, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or an animal welfare organization of one's choice.
