He is survived by: his parents, Oddvar Kaizer and Heather (Eisner); his children, Emily (Adam) and Mitchell (Krista); his grandsons, Rylan, Alex, Owen and Grumpy; and his sister Cindy (Jake). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
