She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurie Shankel and Beverley Shankel (Evans). She is survived by: her sons, Matthew and Mitchell Sheehy (David Sheehy); her sisters, Vicki Harnish (Lorne) and Janet Fraser (Carl Zinck); her nieces, Laura Harnish (Russel) and Stacey Zinck (Alex); and her nephew Stewart Fraser (Amanda).
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home (10429 St Margarets Bay Rd, Hubbards, NS B0J1T0). A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Pine Hill Cemetery.
