With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mona Rebecca Spindler (Hubbards, Nova Scotia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mona left this world on June 25, 2024 at the age of 101, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Zinck and Robert Publicover; her siblings, Florence, Eileen, Beatrice, Mabel, Mamie, Edgehill and Hector; and her husband Garnet.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lola, Olive and Lydia; and her sister-in-law Betty. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great great-nieces, and great great-nephews.
She also knit and donated hundreds of mittens and toques each year to the St Barnabas Ladies Guild annual fundraiser where she was a long standing member.
