He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Levy and Marjorie Levy. He is survived by: his wife Diane (Dorey); his son Scott (Amber Mason); his stepson Larry Harnish (Nikki); his granddaughter Trinity; his sister Marlene Davies (John); and his nephews, Jonathan and Christopher.
